Bank of Ireland Junk Kouture is an exciting competition for secondary school students which takes elements such as fashion, design, engineering and environmental sustainability and transforms them into a creative contest like no other. We are delighted to inform you that three of Wellington’s designs are through to the regional stage!
Hanging in the Stars: Holly Bradfield, Keira Ticcioni and Harvey Gooding-Hill
Techno Telepathy: Ella Snowden, Ruby Capon and Amy Cecchini
The Eco Warrior: Mhairi Chalmers, Heather Houghton and Elouisa Cairns
The competition seeks to inspire young people to take everyday refuse and upcycle it into striking works of wearable art as you will see from the pupils’ imaginative designs.
Good luck to our finalists![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
