At the heart of the school, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) is committed to creating an environment in which children and young people are known, valued, and inspired to succeed. The team provides strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that high standards of academic success and pastoral care remain central to every aspect of school life.

Meeting weekly, the SLT oversees key areas of school life, including learning and teaching, pastoral care, health and safety, pupil welfare, quality and standards, curriculum development, Sixth Year provision, Junior-Senior School liaison, and inclusion. Through collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to excellence, the team works to ensure all children and young people flourish within a supportive and ambitious learning community.
