The Nursery’s Annual Thistle Tea

Every year, the children in the Nursery put on a wonderful morning of entertainment known as the Thistle Tea. Children from as young as 3 take part singing good, old Scottish classics such as ‘Three Craws” and “Ye Cannae Shove Yer Granny Off the Bus”. In typical Drumley fashion, hand movements accompany all the songs and the children belt out these timeless favourites for an audience packed with siblings, parents and grandparents.

Proceeds from the Thistle Tea go to Breast Cancer Care and the event is expertly organised by Mrs Fleming. This year, your generous donations totaled £583.68. This is a truly staggering sum and thanks must be paid to each and every person who attended and gave so generously.
