Children in Need 2017
A Pudsey-tastic well done to everyone in the Junior School and Nursery who contributed towards the Children In Need appeal!
The Junior School raised a total of £533.96 which will be greatly appreciated by this wonderful charity which provides grants to projects in the UK which focus on disadvantaged children and young people. The charity currently supports 2,400 projects helping children who are facing poverty, deprivation, abuse or neglect and those with disabilities.
Back in the Junior School, the Pudsey ears and pom pom keyrings sold out by the middle of Children In Need week and the children had to wait patiently for Friday assembly before they find out who had won the Pudsey and Blush Bears!
The winners of the paperchain competition were Verity and Isla and the winners of the guess Pudsey’s birthday were Murphy and Evangeline. A great effort from all the children in Drumley and one that will be felt by many disadvantaged young people across the country.
