A team of Wellington staff are challenging themselves with the Glasgow Kiltwalk this April in support of our chosen charity for 2018/19, Ayrshire Hospice.
So far Miss Lally, Mrs Hunter, Ms Johnston, Mr McPhee, Mr Cox and Mr Byers are in the running – or should we say walking – for it. They will be doing the Mighty Stride, a mere 23 miles, from Glasgow to Balloch. They will meander through the picturesque setting of Glasgow Green, following the Clyde where they will pass iconic sights such as the Finnieston Crane, the SSE Hydro and the Riverside Museum. The route will then take the group through Yoker and onwards to Clydebank. Passing through Bowling and Dumbarton, the mighty striders will finish with a party in beautiful Moss O’Balloch Park Loch Lomond.
