Care Inspectorate Report – Wellington Nursery 2024
During the last week of summer term, Wellington Nursery received an unannounced inspection from the Care Inspectorate, the regulatory body overseeing day care facilities in Scotland. We are thrilled to share that the Inspectorate’s findings were extremely positive, awarding Wellington Nursery a grading of 5 – Very Good across all four quality indicators.
The inspection emphasised that our nursery provides a nurturing and supportive environment where children feel happy, confident and secure. Our dedicated staff were recognised for their kindness, care and commitment, creating a space where children are actively engaged in their learning. The rich learning environment we provide further enhances the children’s educational experiences, while our strong focus on family involvement ensures a well-rounded approach to the children’s development.
