SSAA Secondary Cross Country Championships
The SSAA Secondary Cross Country Championships took place on Saturday 4th March, at Deans Community High School, Livingston. The school was represented by 3 pupils: Rosie Davidson, Isla Kirk and Mhairi Chalmers. All three girls ran exceptionally well in difficult conditions. As a result of a top 10 finish (7th) Rosie has been selected to represent Scottish Schools at a Cross Country International against England, Ireland and Wales. This will take place at Port Talbot, Wales later on this month and is an excellent result for this young athlete. Rosie is also competing at Loughborough this weekend (11/12 March) as well having been selected for Scotland West after her success at the Club Nationals. This will be a nationwide Inter counties event. Well done to all the girls and good luck in your up coming competitions, Rosie!
